I can't quite figure out why I always seem to weigh less in the days right after my weekly weigh-in than I do on the day of my weigh-in.

Good question. I have that same problem. I think it's just the scale trying to mess with our heads.

S: I'm a 39-year-old woman who lives in the American Southwest and is continually working on self-improvement. I share my life with my husband MM and our wonderful Golden Retrievers, Sebastian and Hunter. I started this blog long before I met MM, primarily to write about my struggles with my weight and trying to get organized. I still continue to struggle in both areas, so I write on those topics more often than anything else, but I also write about my daily life and occasionally post a rant or hop on the bandwagon with the themes of other bloggers' posts. . . wherever the mood takes me.
