The ironic thing about my EXCELLENT score is that I rarely ever drink alcohol anymore! (Ever since I realized it's one of my migraine triggers.)

S: I'm a 39-year-old woman who lives in the American Southwest and is continually working on self-improvement. I share my life with my husband MM and our wonderful Golden Retrievers, Sebastian and Hunter. I started this blog long before I met MM, primarily to write about my struggles with my weight and trying to get organized.
