Just had to share. . . .

I hope this will encourage me not to overeat this weekend like I did last weekend!!

I really, really want to get under 200. I know it's just a number on a scale, but it would be such a mental boost: I haven't been consistently under 200 since a few months after taking the bar exam in 2004.

I think you've had something mentally holding you back. You've gotten so close...DO IT! It is significant and the accomplishment is huge.

You're so close!!! Grab ahold of that willpower and tell your stomach that you have the control now. At least that's what I used to say to my own. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

YOU CAN DO EET! I just recently got under 200 myself. Since I had my son 2 years ago, I have been around 205-210, since moving and mowing the lawn every other day, and eating a modified weight watchers diet, I have dropped to 190! Good luck sweetheart, I am sending happy thoughts to you.
